Nov 1, 2020. #14. I own a 1250 GSA and a previous generation 1290 GT. If I'm riding with my quick pals (V4 Street fighter, V4 Touno, etc), then the 1290 GT makes it much easier to ride at the higher speeds. I can keep up* on the 1250, but it's much harder work and I'm riding much closer to the limit. The KTM had proven to be the more reliable
